• Banner Size: The size of the banners on our website is strictly enforced.  Make sure that you follow the banner size guidelines that we stipulate for any size you wish to advertise on our website.  See Available Ads below for the various sizes of banners that will be on our website. (NB. Please note that we will not post any banner size that is not stated in banner size options.  Make sure your banner is sized correctly for the spot you are placing it in, or it will display distorted.  We will request that you correct it for a pleasing presentation on our website). 
• Banner Format: Image banners will be used. We will accept animations, to avoid any annoying distractions for our Oaekpost  We will allow files as JPEGS and PNGs.
• Venture Ownership: All advertisers on Oaekpost should ensure that they are the primary owners of the ventures being advertised. (NB. Please note that we will not allow any “sub-letting” of ad spaces.  This practice is not allowed).
• Advertisement Payments: All payments for advertisement on Oaekpost will be through our secure shop page powered by the PayPal System. If otherwise negotiated with Oaekpost management, any payment sent in any other format will delay the processing and display of the submitted ad. (NB. We will not display ad that is currently paid for).
• Advertisement Duration: At the end of the duration of your paid advertisement, your banner, or content blog post advertisement will be removed from the website. The Term will be increased if you pay for an extension of the duration.
• Advertisement Promise: We promise to display your advertisement at the location you paid for. We will not disappoint you; so, please do not disappoint our readers and us. 
• Competitive Free Market: Be advised that some of the advertisers on our website have or may have products lines that overlap with each other. We live in a competitive free market economy.  Because of this, our organization does not grant any “exclusives” or “non-compete” agreements.
• Web Banner Design: Should you be considering advertising with us, Oaekpost offers design services available for website banners that will be going up on our website for a consulting fee. If you anticipate advertising with us, contact us if you need assistance designing your website banners.
